1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClinPep (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ClinPep is a business-to-business (B2B) platform intended for licensed healthcare professionals, clinical researchers, compounding pharmacies, and credentialed wellness practitioners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ClinPep. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal authority to enter into these terms.

3. Professional Educational Use Only

ClinPep is designed and intended exclusively for professional educational and research reference purposes. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All information, dosing protocols, and clinical data presented on the Platform are for informational reference only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

By subscribing to ClinPep, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All content is for educational and research reference purposes only.
  • You will not use the Platform to directly diagnose, treat, or prescribe to patients without independent clinical evaluation.
  • All peptide protocols should be reviewed and supervised by a licensed healthcare provider.
  • ClinPep is not a substitute for medical textbooks, FDA-approved prescribing information, or professional medical consultation.

4. Subscription and Billing

ClinPep offers subscription-based access at various tiers. Billing is handled through Stripe and is charged monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Organization accounts (Clinic License and Enterprise tiers) may add multiple users up to the seat limit of their plan. The account administrator is responsible for all users under their organization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ClinPep, including but not limited to peptide monographs, dosing protocols, condition mappings, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of ClinPep and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission, except as specifically permitted by your subscription tier (e.g., white-label content for Clinic License subscribers).

6. Limitation of Liability

ClinPep, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform. The information provided is presented in good faith based on published research, but ClinPep makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or clinical applicability of any content.

7. Modifications

ClinPep reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
