Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClinPep (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and acknowledge the educational disclaimer stated above. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. Creating an account constitutes your explicit acceptance of all terms herein.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ClinPep. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal authority to enter into these terms. ClinPep is a business-to-business (B2B) platform intended for licensed healthcare professionals, clinical researchers, compounding pharmacies, and credentialed wellness practitioners.

3. Educational and Reference Use Only — Not Medical Advice

ClinPep is designed and intended exclusively for educational and reference purposes. This section constitutes the core disclaimer of the Platform and is a material term of your use.

By creating an account and using ClinPep, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to ALL of the following:

• No medical advice. ClinPep does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or prescribing guidance. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as medical advice or a substitute for the judgment of a licensed healthcare provider.
• Educational reference only. All peptide monographs, dosing protocols, reconstitution calculators, condition mappings, drug interaction data, clinical trial references, and any other content presented on the Platform are for informational and educational reference purposes only.
• Licensed supervision required. All protocols, dosing information, and clinical data presented on ClinPep should be reviewed, verified, and supervised by a licensed healthcare provider before any clinical application. You agree that you will not implement any protocol or dosing regimen based solely on information obtained from ClinPep without independent clinical evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional.
• Not a substitute for professional judgment. ClinPep is not a substitute for medical textbooks, FDA-approved prescribing information, professional medical consultation, laboratory testing, or any other form of professional clinical assessment.
• No patient-facing use without supervision. You agree not to provide ClinPep content directly to patients as medical advice. Any patient-facing materials generated through the Platform (including but not limited to protocol PDFs, handouts, and downloads) must be reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider before distribution to patients.
• Data accuracy. While ClinPep strives to present accurate, evidence-based information sourced from PubMed, FDA drug labels, ClinicalTrials.gov, and other authoritative databases, ClinPep makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or clinical applicability of any content. Clinical data is subject to change as new research is published.
• Verification system limitations. ClinPep's automated clinical verification system cross-references data against authoritative sources but is not infallible. Automated findings should be independently verified before clinical application.
• Off-label and research compounds. Many peptides and compounds referenced on ClinPep are not FDA-approved for the indications discussed. Information about off-label use, research compounds, and investigational therapies is presented for educational awareness only and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation for their use.

4. Assumption of Risk

You assume all risk associated with the use of information obtained through ClinPep. You acknowledge that peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and related clinical interventions carry inherent risks and that ClinPep bears no responsibility for clinical outcomes resulting from the application of information found on the Platform.

By using ClinPep, you release and hold harmless ClinPep, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and data providers from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any information presented therein.

5. Subscription and Billing

ClinPep offers subscription-based access at various tiers. Billing is handled through Stripe and is charged monthly or annually based on the selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Organization accounts (Clinic and Enterprise tiers) may add multiple users up to the seat limit of their plan. The account administrator is responsible for all users under their organization and for ensuring all users comply with these Terms of Service.

6. Client Data and Privacy

ClinPep provides tools for managing client records, health profiles, and clinical protocols. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, security, and lawful handling of any client data you enter into the Platform. ClinPep employs row-level security and encryption but does not assume responsibility for compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, or other applicable privacy regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of ClinPep complies with all applicable laws governing protected health information (PHI) in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ClinPep, including but not limited to peptide monographs, dosing protocols, condition mappings, clinical verification data, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of ClinPep and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission, except as specifically permitted by your subscription tier.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLINPEP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND DATA PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM CLINICAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH CLINPEP.

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON CLINPEP IS PRESENTED IN GOOD FAITH BASED ON PUBLISHED RESEARCH AND AUTHORITATIVE MEDICAL DATABASES. CLINPEP MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY CONTENT FOR ANY PARTICULAR CLINICAL PURPOSE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClinPep and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including but not limited to claims arising from clinical decisions made based on Platform content.

10. Modifications

ClinPep reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
